Mentoring as a form of Networking

Hi Ladies, some of you might know already about our Women in Business partnership with the German American Business Association (GABA). GABA is a non-profit which connects not only Germans but all of us with the American business world. GABA has great events and networking function throughout the year where you can meet people and build your network. There are a great bunch of people working for this organization. Don’t be shy, give them a call and attend one of the events. You can also become a member or a volunteer and meet new people this way.

Stanford Wives has a partnership with the Women in Business events.

Join GABA on the 9th of November on Tuesday at SAP Labs.

“Making Mentoring work for you”

Mentoring is about exploring, growing, enhancing your network, moving up your career, even if you live in a different country. Join Women in Business to hear stories about mentoring from both mentors and mentees, with both corporate and entrepreneurial backgrounds. And join the discussion with a mentoring story of your own.

Please find more information about this Women in Business event on the GABA website and register.

If you are interested to go, GABA has a special promotional code for us. Please enter  PromoCode GABA12 on the registration form. WIth this code you get a 6 dollar discount for this event.

Please let give us some feedback on the Women in Business Event. Enjoy!
